Privacy Policy

Thank you for considering Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp. Our mission is to provide a safe, fun, nurturing, and educational outdoor environment for adults and children with disabilities.
This privacy policy outlines the safeguards we take to protect your privacy.
Here are the highlights:
  • MT. HOOD KIWANIS CAMP WILL NOT SELL OR RENT ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE
  • Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless a third party will use such information to provide you with a product or service you have specifically requested, (such as payment by brokerages or other agencies) or unless required by law.
  • Upon your request, Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp will delete or change any personal information we have about you or your camper.
Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp’s own webpages do not collect personal information about you, except for your email address should you choose to contact one of our staff members through the email links on our website.
However, our partner websites, www.PreEnroll.com and www.networkforgood.com do collect personal information which, with your permission, is provided to us.
We use the information from PreEnroll.com to help us register your camper, bill for camp charges, determine eligibility for camperships and, mostly importantly, help us understand your camper’s needs and abilities so that he or she will have a fun and safe experience at Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp. Many relatives of campers are so pleased with their experience that they volunteer or financially support the camp. We may use the information from PreEnroll to contact you about opportunities to support the camp, too.
We use the information provided by www.networkforgood.com only to help process your donation, express our appreciation, and give you more information and opportunities to support our campers at Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp.
Please visit our website partner’s homepages to read their privacy policy, as their policies - not ours - govern the collection of your personal information.
You may review your personal information on our database at any time, and request that we delete or change the information. Please contact us at our Portland office at 503/452-7416, or email info@mhkc.org
